Biography

Elizabeth is a dedicated human resource professional with over a decade of experience in human resource management, specializing in performance management, full-cycle recruiting, policy creation, and HR compliance.

She is skilled at aligning organizational goals with individual performance objectives and driving employee engagement through effective performance management techniques. Fostering a collaborative, non-punitive approach to performance improvement, she is successful in maintaining and building employee relationships and a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Elizabeth graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree specializing in Human Resource Management and Leadership from Camosun College in 2011. She has continued her education through the Sauder School of Business and is currently a Chartered Professional Human Resources (CPHR) candidate with a CPHR designation expected in 2024. She maintains an active membership with CPHR BC and Yukon.
