Biography

Dwayne specializes in offering tax planning services to Canadian private companies, with a focus on estate planning for their shareholders and transaction services. With vast experience in real estate, construction and manufacturing, Dwayne designs effective tax structures for both domestic and international clients.

A tax specialist with more than 23 years of experience in Canadian and international tax, Dwayne is a CPA and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He spent more than 22 years with national professional services firms before joining Baker Tilly Nova Scotia. Dwayne has completed the CPA (formerly CICA) In-Depth Tax Courses (Part I, II and III), In-Depth International Tax, In-Depth Corporate Reorganizations and In-Depth Tax Issues for the Owner-Managed Business.
