Donna Rotar CPA CA

Donna Rotar is a client service partner at Baker Tilly REO LLP primarily working from the Carleton Place office.

Donna joined the firm in 2016 and became partner in 2025. She has over 20 years of accounting experience, including audit experience at a multinational public accounting firm specializing in not-for-profit organizations and charities. Donna has also served on several non-for-profit boards and finance committees.

Donna is one of REOs audit and assurance leaders. She provides technical support to the firm’s partners and staff and is active in the firm’s quality assurance reviews to ensure appropriate standards are being followed. Her top priority is excellence in customer service and staff development. 

Donna received her Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University in 2003 and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 2006.

Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with her husband, watching their three sons play competitive level basketball and hockey.
