Biography

Since joining Baker Tilly Catalyst in 1999, Dave has been an integral part of the firm’s Corporate Advisory Services group. Years of experience working with owner-managed private companies have given him a unique understanding of business value and strategy.

Dave’s client services focus includes business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, transaction support, succession planning and general business consulting. He maximizes value for his clients by sharing his specialized industry knowledge of agribusiness, oilfield services, transportation, distributors and professional service firms.
