Biography

Cory is a manager in the Canadian Tax group. Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Cory completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (with Co-Op) in Accounting from Acadia University in 2016.

Prior to joining Baker Tilly in 2022, Cory began his career with another public accounting firm in Audit and Assurance. During this time, he obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant designation, leapt into the world of taxation and completed the In-Depth tax program. Cory looks forward to continuing his professional education. Cory's experience ranges from managing Canadian corporate tax processes for private and public companies, to advising owner-managed corporations and inbound/outbound investments.

In his spare time, you'll likely find Cory golfing or enjoying leisure time at his family property in Guysborough.
