Biography

Brenton graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2013 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the Edwards School of Business. He went on to article with a national firm in Saskatoon obtaining his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2016 after successfully challenging the CFE Chartered Professional Accountant examination. While working at an international firm in 2019, he completed the CPA In-depth tax course. Subsequently in 2022 Brenton received his Canadian Investment Funds Course Diploma from the Investment Funds Institute of Canada.

With many years of public accounting experience, Brenton is experienced in preparing financial statements, personal and corporate tax planning and preparation, partnership tax returns, corporate reorganization, and retirement and estate planning. This includes exposure in many industries that include agricultural, construction, manufacturing, and professionals. He is passionate about the agriculture industry with a particular focus on owner-managed businesses in the agriculture, agribusiness, and service industries.
