Biography

Bill, a graduate of Queen’s University, obtained his Chartered Professional Accountants Designation in 1980 and completed the CICA In-depth Tax Program in 1995. Bill joined Collins Barrow (now Baker Tilly KDN) upon returning to the Kawarthas after having been a tax partner at a national accounting firm in Toronto where his practice focused on private sector and entrepreneurial clientele. He has also spent several years serving in Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, positions in both private and public sector companies.
