Andres Eulacio MCSA

Andres Eulacio joined Baker Tilly Canada Cooperative in 2025 as National IT Director, bringing over 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology leadership, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity governance. He leads the strategic direction and optimization of the firm’s national technology platforms, enabling secure, scalable, and collaborative solutions across Baker Tilly’s federated network of member firms.

Andres has successfully directed large-scale modernization initiatives across industries including professional services, managed services, and oil and gas. His expertise spans IT strategy, AI governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud operations and endpoint management—helping organizations align their technology foundations with business goals while maintaining compliance and resilience.

Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Andres held senior technology leadership roles where he designed and implemented cloud-first strategies, modernized datacenter and network operations, and led cybersecurity transformations based on the CIS and NIST frameworks. He is recognized for his collaborative approach to IT leadership—building high-performing, distributed teams and cultivating vendor and stakeholder relationships that drive innovation and measurable business outcomes.

Andres holds a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) designation and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín. He is also a graduate of the Network Technician program at SAIT Polytechnic in Calgary and an active member of the Calgary IT Pro Community Association, where he contributes to advancing professional IT practice and knowledge-sharing in Canada’s technology sector.

Outside of work, Andres is passionate about soccer, movies, and travelling, and enjoys relaxing with his family—especially when they can be close to the beach.
