Biography

Amir is an Associate in Transaction Services at Baker Tilly Canada Capital. He graduated with honours from the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business, earning a Bachelor of Commerce, and subsequently obtained his CPA designation.

Amir began his career in audit, where he worked on public and private real estate companies. He later transitioned to Transaction Services, where he primarily focuses on buy-side engagements. With experience in financial due diligence and analysis, Amir supports buyers to understand the key drivers and financial risks of the Target Company

Outside of work, Amir enjoys exploring new restaurants and travelling.
