Aaron’s expertise spans efficient and process improvement, audit and accounting, private enterprise services, and data‑driven solution offerings. He supports clients by enhancing operational effectiveness, strengthening financial reporting, and implementing practical, analytics‑supported improvements that help organizations operate with clarity and confidence.

As Senior Manager, Aaron oversees audit engagements from planning through completion, manages and supervises on‑site fieldwork, and helps guide key audit decisions to ensure efficient, high‑quality service delivery. He also works closely with private enterprises, providing practical advice on their accounting and tax needs, and supporting them with clear, actionable solutions that strengthen their financial processes and reporting.

Aaron earned his Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University before obtaining his Chartered Accountant designation in 2014. His academic foundation, combined with years of experience in public accounting across multiple sectors, supports his well‑rounded approach to assurance and advisory work.

When not working with clients, Aaron enjoys an active schedule filled with hockey, softball, and volleyball. He also spends time exploring local trails and staying connected with friends through a variety of social and recreational activities.
