Your role
- Working closely with all Tax Partners and other Senior staff on personal tax compliance and tax advisory engagements
- Manage and coordinate tax planning and compliance services for individuals requiring US and Canadian income or estate tax filings
- Manage risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections and project budgets
- Review assessments and correspond with the IRS, state authorities and CRA on various issues
- Build and manage client relationships at a senior level; advise clients by delivering high quality tax service and advice
- Actively mentor and coach staff to their highest potential
- Supporting and mentoring firm staff in respect of tax matters
- Identifying client service opportunities

Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum
