Your role
- Preparing compilation and review engagements
- Performing and leading audit engagements
- Preparing and reviewing corporate, trust and personal tax returns
- Supervising engagements and related tax filings
- Identifying and resolving engagement issues
- Supporting year-end planning
- Training and mentoring junior staff
- Developing and maintaining positive and productive working relationships
- Supporting practice and professional development initiatives
- Participating in business development initiatives
What you bring to the table
- CPA designation or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years experience working in public practice accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Interest in managing and developing others
- Ability to prioritize and manage deliverables, adhering to time and budget constraints
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
