We are looking for an IT Analyst to join our team—a role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. Your role:
- Coordinate, prioritize and facilitate Service Desk requests
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
- Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, network devices and software
- Set up and configure user accounts
- Provide detailed documentation of computer systems, procedures and policies
- Assist with overall network and server management as required
- Perform backup restore procedures
- Other duties as assigned
A successful candidate will have:
- Recently graduated with a diploma or degree in Computer Systems Technology program, or related program
- Strong interest in IT operations, systems administration, and risk management
- Intermediate knowledge of the Windows operating system and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar) is an asset
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
