We are looking for a Cross Border Personal Tax Partner to lead and expand our Canada-U.S. cross-border personal tax practice. This individual will oversee a growing portfolio of Canadian and U.S.-based individual clients requiring cross-border tax compliance, planning, structuring, and advisory services.

What You Bring:
- CPA (Canada and/or US)
- 10+ years of Canada-U.S. cross-border personal tax experience.
- Strong expertise in cross-border compliance, planning, and advisory services.
- Deep understanding of Canadian and U.S. personal tax and its interaction with Canadian and U.S. tax rules.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver practical cross-border solutions.
- Experience leading teams, managing workflows, and scaling a growing practice.
