Your role:
- Summarizing the client’s books and records
- Management of client’s payroll, payables, receivables, expenses and tax remittances
- Assisting clients with the betterment of record-keeping
- Helping the Bookkeeping Supervisor with vacation relief for other bookkeeping staff
- All other bookkeeping and administrative duties as required
What you bring to the table:
- Self-starter, takes initiative
- Can work independently with little supervision; Ability to jump into bookkeeping files with minimal support
- Great organization and communication skills
- Proficiency and/or experience with: Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word; Bookkeeping applications including Sage, QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online; etc. an asset
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and quickly learn and adapt to new software a must.
- Can-do attitude
- Experience working in a team-based environment

Permanent and Full-Time
Your schedule:
Monday to Friday with the exception of working Saturdays in April, and having Fridays off for at least July and August.
Salary range: $23.00 - $25.00/hour.
