  • Provide day-to-day guidance and feedback to staff throughout engagements, supporting quality work, learning, and professional growth.

  • Assist with staff training and coaching/mentoring to strengthen technical skills, engagement execution, and service delivery.

  • Monitor assigned engagement budgets, WIP, and budget variances, escalating issues and recommending practical solutions where appropriate.

  • Coordinate assigned engagement tasks to balance client service, team support, workload priorities, and Firm expectations.

  • Maintain current technical knowledge by staying informed on applicable standards, legislation, regulations, professional guidance, quality control materials, and Firm policies and procedures.

  • Support client relationships and contribute to Firm initiatives through strong service delivery, professionalism, and participation in marketing or business development activities as appropriate.
