Your role:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, providing a professional and welcoming experience for clients.
  • Greet clients and assist with their inquiries, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor when the receptionist is unavailable.
  • Coordinate with clients for the pickup and delivery of records, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate client invoices, adhering to established procedures, or conducting second checks, if required
  • Maintain and update the client listing, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform various administrative and reception duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.

What you bring to the table:

  • Previous experience in a public accounting firm is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively, especially under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to work, demonstrating initiative both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on demand.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling efficient resolution of issues.
  • Client-focused attitude, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Where you’ll work: 

62 Keil Dr. S., Chatham, Ontario

Hybrid or remote work options are not available.

Job type: 

Temporary from March 2026 - June 2026 however could leave to Full-Time Permanent 

Your schedule: 

Monday to Friday and Saturdays in April 

Salary range: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour

Please note that benefits will be discussed only if the position turns into a permanent full-time position.

Position Status:

  • This job posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization. The position has become available due to tax season being a busy time of year. However, in order to support growth, we may look at expanding our administrative team and turning the position into a permanent full-time at the end of the employment contract period.
