Biography

Lauren is a Senior Manager in the Canadian Tax practice with experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and business succession planning for Canadian private companies. Completing the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course in 2019, she is now a tutorial leader for various components of Part I of the In-Depth Tax Course as well as a marker of the Common Final Evaluation. Lauren is a passionate musician (pianist and vocalist) blending her skillsets sitting on the Board of Directors for the Halifax Jazz Festival.
