More than a decade ago, in a post that captured the imagination of hardly anyone, <a href="https://www.law21.ca/2010/05/frugal-innovation-and-the-law/" target="_blank"><strong>I wrote about the need for “frugal innovation”</strong></a> in the legal services sector.
