Sarah Mills CHRL

Biography
As Manager, People & Culture, Sarah brings strategic HR expertise to the firm, working closely with leadership to strengthen and grow its People & Culture strategy. She plays a key role in shaping human resources strategy and operations, including talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives, employee development and training, compensation and benefits, and related programs.
Sarah also provides guidance to the firm and its clients, ensuring they have the right HR foundations in place to drive long-term success. She works to create policies and strategies that align with business goals while fostering a positive, people-centric workplace.
Since joining the firm in 2018, Sarah has helped to build a strong and engaging workplace where people feel supported and set up for success.She is a graduate of Laurentian University’s Honours Bachelor of Commerce Program and holds a post-graduate diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management from the University of Western Ontario. She is also a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys golfing, practicing yoga, and traveling—always planning her next adventure. She also loves spending quality time with her family, friends, and beloved French Bulldog, Stella.
