We are looking for a People & Culture Co-op Student to join our team from January 2026 - August 2026 — a role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. Your role 

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including data entry, employee file management, People & Culture policies and procedures,
    updating or filing documentation, preparing reports, organizational communication and HRIS updates

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and representing the organization at campus recruitment events to promote Baker Tilly branding and engage with prospective student candidates

  • Help coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires

  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives

  • Lead, assist, or support in ongoing Human Resources projects and process documentation

  • Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business

What you bring to the table  

  • You’re currently a 3rd or 4th year student enrolled in a Post-Secondary Co-op Program
    ideally in People & Culture / Human Resources and eligible to work for an 8-month consecutive work term from January 2026 until August 2026.

  • Attention to detail and strong computer skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work effectively with teammates

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills 

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative People & Culture team

  • Experience with HRIS software (Bamboo HR, Workforce ADP etc.) is considered an asset

Monday to Friday
