Your role
Support day-to-day HR operations, including data entry, employee file management, People & Culture policies and procedures,
updating or filing documentation, preparing reports, organizational communication and HRIS updatesAssist in planning, coordinating, and representing the organization at campus recruitment events to promote Baker Tilly branding and engage with prospective student candidates
Help coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
Contribute to employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives
Lead, assist, or support in ongoing Human Resources projects and process documentation
Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business
What you bring to the table
You’re currently a 3rd or 4th year student enrolled in a Post-Secondary Co-op Program
ideally in People & Culture / Human Resources and eligible to work for an 8-month consecutive work term from January 2026 until August 2026.Attention to detail and strong computer skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work effectively with teammates
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative People & Culture team
Experience with HRIS software (Bamboo HR, Workforce ADP etc.) is considered an asset
