We are looking for a temporary Client Services Coordinator to join our team—a role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. Your role:
- Manage the reception area including answering and directing incoming calls, greeting clients.
- Screen and redirect client enquiries, gauge urgency, and escalate as required.
- Ensure boardroom, reception and common areas are tidy and presentable with all necessary stationary, forms, and supplies available.
- Schedule virtual and in office meetings.
- Perform daily accounts receivable functions including cheque and cash deposits, debit/credit card transactions and communication with clients regarding their account balance.
- Manage and order office supplies.
- Assist with building maintenance and operational issues.
- Assemble client tax and financial packages, letters, and invoices in accordance with firm quality and document standards.
- Electronic filing of tax slips and returns.
- Electronic file maintenance including archiving and lockdown.
- Other general administrative duties as required including mail, filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
What you bring to the table:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree.
- Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment in a similar role. Client facing experience is considered an asset.
- Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage deliverables, adhering to time constraints
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Type:
- Temporary for 3 months with the possibility of an extension.
