The partners of Collins Barrow Toronto LLP are pleased to welcome Tracey Strauss to the firm as a Partner and Managing Director of our new Corporate Finance group. The launch of Collins Barrow Corporate Finance represents an important milestone in the building of our specialty practice areas. It stems from the merger of Akcessia Capital, a boutique investment bank providing corporate finance, merger, acquisition and financial advisory services, with the Collins Barrow Transaction Services group.
Tracey, formerly head of M&A with Akcessia Capital, has more than 20 years of investment banking, capital markets and strategic advisory experience and has also held senior positions within the corporate and investment banking, telecom and media industries. She holds an MBA from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Business, an MA in Business Economics from Wilfred Laurier University and has consulted and executed on well over $2-billion worth of transactions across virtually every major industry sector.
Serving the boards, management teams and shareholders of both emerging and established public and private mid-market companies, her Corporate Finance team will be focusing on raising debt and equity in the private and public markets, as well as on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
