Halifax, NS – The partners of Collins Barrow Nova Scotia Inc. are pleased to formally announce the appointment of Mark Marshall, CA, CFP, as lead partner of the CBNS Corporate Finance group.
Mark provides transaction advisory services to mid-market companies on both the buy-and-sell side, advising them on deal-making strategies ranging from acquisition financing and recapitalizations to mergers, divestitures and buyouts.
