Halifax, NS – The partners of Collins Barrow Nova Scotia Inc. are pleased to congratulate Grace Orrell for obtaining her Enrolled Agent (EA) designation, which marks the most recent step in her unique and impressive career path.
Grace got her start as a receptionist in the ’80s with the firm that preceded CB Halifax. Her CB Life has seen her progress through various roles, leading to her decision to specialize in U.S. tax in 2001. Nearly a decade later, she began studying for her EA designation, working towards the exams’ three components, which must be written and passed within a two-year window.
Since officially earning her EA designation in February, the IRS recognizes Grace’s tax specialty, and her newly minted title allows her to represent U.S. taxpayers before the federal agency in any state. And she’s already putting it to good use.
