Collins Barrow Nova Scotia takes centre stage at Atlantic Tax Conference

Halifax, NS – Leading lights from Collins Barrow Nova Scotia Inc.’s Tax group all played central roles at the Canadian Tax Foundation’s annual Atlantic Tax Conference, held on Nov. 7 to 8, 2014 at Saint Mary University’s Sobey School of Business.

Partner John Oakey, CA, moderated “Electronic Commerce: Overview of Global Developments,” followed by a discussion on the implications for owner-managed businesses; Partner Greg Leslie, CA, was a panelist on the purchase and sale of a business; and Senior Manager Darlene Shaw, CA, participated in a workshop exploring tax filing issues for US citizens.
