Peter J. Corio

Peter joined Baker Tilly in August 2022 as Vice President, Corporate Finance, where he leads sell-side M&A engagements for private companies. With over a decade of experience in transaction advisory and commercial banking, he supports business owners through every stage of the deal process—from preparation and positioning to negotiation and closing.

Peter’s practical, hands-on approach is rooted in his early exposure to entrepreneurship through his family’s business. This experience gives him a deep appreciation for the challenges business owners face and the importance of getting succession right. He leverages that perspective—along with his technical expertise—to help clients navigate complex transactions and achieve successful outcomes.

 Peter advises clients across a range of industries, including automotive, manufacturing, food processing, agriculture, and professional services.
