Biographie

Jim a achevé ses études à l’Université de la Colombie-Britannique en 1980 en ayant en mains un baccalauréat en commerce, spécialisé en comptabilité. Il fait partie du cabinet Collins Barrow depuis lors. Il a obtenu son titre de comptable professionnel agréé en 1982 et a été admis à titre d’associé en 1987.
