Biography

Rakesh established a boutique business advisory and assurance firm in 1984. The signature brand of this firm was its dedication  to making businesses more valuable.  Our  vision was to develop a relationship with our clients that went beyond a traditional accounting role. Specifically, it was to  leverage our unique understanding of our clients business, and to be their first point of contact when seeking advice. We assisted in over 300 transactions relating to all aspects of corporate finance including  securing debt and equity financing, sell side as well as buy-side mandates, management buyouts and restructuring. Jain & Company Chartered Professional Accountants merged with Baker Tilly Nova Scotia Inc. in January 2018.
