Baker Tilly offers expert Budget 2022 analysis

Waterloo, ON – Baker Tilly Canada is prepared to analyze this year’s federal budget when it is released on April 7 and share expert insight on any new tax and financial policies that will affect Canadians in the coming year.

Building on a tradition of providing budget analysis, Baker Tilly Canada’s tax advisors will assess Budget 2022 and publish a diverse array of content, explaining the relevance and impact of upcoming policy changes.

In the leadup to the budget’s release, the all-Canadian audit, tax and advisory network invites interested parties to join BT Budget Watch, where they can receive exclusive, ongoing insight on the federal budget.

“The COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect Canadian businesses and will surely influence this year’s budget,” says John Oakey, Baker Tilly Canada’s national director of Tax Services. “Whatever measures the federal government announces, our team will clarify the consequences and impact for our valued audience."

Baker Tilly Canada tax experts are available to speak with media for both pre-budget commentary and after the government tables Budget 2022.
