Practicing tax since 2004, Constantina works with a varied client base, including owner‑managed businesses and shareholders, as well as corporations and foreign entities operating in Canada.

Constantina is a valuable source of tax insight for her clients, carefully attending to all aspects of their tax and accounting needs ⁠–⁠ including the reorganization of shareholdings of privately owned corporations in Canada.

She also works with Canadian entities operating in foreign jurisdictions in several industries, including manufacturing, distribution, real estate and retail.
