Biography

Jacqueline Ruck has been a partner at Baker Tilly Nova Scotia since February 2023. Jacqueline’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, incorporations and assisting clients navigate day-to-day corporate needs. Jacqueline also practices charity law and assists clients with charitable registration and governance.

Jacqueline is committed to mentorship and has served as a mentor to law students through the Dalhousie Feminist Legal Association. She also enjoys presenting on various topics, including how a lawyer can support businesses, particularly in the early stages of operation.

Jacqueline received her law degree from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2014. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honours, from the Faculty of Political Science, Public Affairs and Management at Carleton University. She practiced corporate law at a leading regional law firm for almost a decade before joining Baker Tilly and Harbinger Law as a Partner in 2023.
