Biography

Sheena joined the Baker Tilly KDN LLP as the Human Resources Manager in February 2020.

Sheena has been a HR Professional for over 16 years and achieved her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation in 2014. She has worked in a variety of unionized and non-unionized industries, of both federal and provincial sectors, such as telecommunications, market research, social and professional services as well as sports and entertainment. The highlights of her HR career have been many but one that stands out is where she was fortunate enough to enjoy the Raptors first NBA championship while working for MLSE.

With her full cycle of HR experience, there is nothing Sheena won't try - bring it on she says!

As a huge advocate of employee culture, you can find Sheena dreaming up wacky ideas, setting up the BBQ, organizing employee social events, and bringing anything into the office she has baked or cooked on the weekend.

She spends her time camping and road tripping cross country with her husband Todd. They have two grown daughters Shaughnessy and Hunter who were replaced with their two fur children, a golden retriever named Ferguson and a mini aussie named Theo.
