Biography
Andrew Villeneuve works with owner managed and privately held business from various industry sectors. He assists clients by providing objective and practical advice regarding audit and accounting issues, tax and general business matters. Andrew strives to gain a complete understanding of his clients' businesses to ensure opportunities are identified and risks are mitigated. He takes the time to ensure that both staff and clients fully understand the various tax and accounting issues that they encounter.
In 2003, Andrew began his career at a mid-market accounting firm in Hamilton. He joined Baker Tilly KDN's predecessor firm in 2012 as a client service manager and was promoted to partner in 2018. As part of the leadership team, Andrew coaches and mentors staff in both client service and technical areas, ensuring that all professional standards are adhered to.
Andrew holds an honours bachelor of accounting degree from Brock University. He obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2008 and is a licensed public accountant.
An active member of the community, Andrew is the past treasurer for Bereaved Families of Ontario – Hamilton/Burlington, volunteers at various charity events and has completed personal income tax returns for low-income individuals. Currently, Andrew is a Board member of Feed the Need in Durham.
Andrew and his wife live in Bowmanville. He enjoys playing soccer and many other outdoor activities including fishing, camping and biking.
