Biography
John joined Baker Tilly (formerly AC Stevenson & Partners) in 1997, became a partner in 2011 and retired from partnership in 2022, becoming an associate at that time. He has a broad range of experience with Canadian corporate, personal and trust taxation compliance, primarily serving owner-managed private companies as well as non-profit organizations.
Hailing from Saint John, New Brunswick, John and his wife enjoy outdoor activities and travelling, as well as entertaining their grandchildren and other family members. He has been a regular squash player since his university days and has maintained volunteer involvement with the local squash club over the years.
