Biography
Todd is one of Atlantic Canada's most seasoned cross-border and transactional tax specialists with over 25 years of Canadian, US and international tax experience. Todd has provided tax advisory services on transactions totalling over $1 billion. In 2012, Todd left his position as a partner with a national firm in search of a more entrepreneurial environment which he has found at Baker Tilly Nova Scotia.
In addition to serving a broad range of clients with domestic and international issues, Todd is a frequent lecturer and author. Recent presentations and publications authored by Todd include:
