Baker Tilly Ottawa appoints two new partners

Ottawa, ON – Baker Tilly Ottawa is pleased to ring in the new year by appointing two new partners: Nathan Leung and Jordan Malone. Having already served the firm well in their previous positions, both will play a vital new role as the firm continues to evolve.

A manager at the firm since 2011, Leung is a well-rounded accounting leader with more than 14 years of experience providing audit and assurance solutions to proprietorships, partnerships and owner-managed corporations. In addition, he has actively contributed to internal and external audit and assurance presentations, as well as to firm recruitment.

Malone has practiced public accounting at Baker Tilly Ottawa since 2007. In addition to being a trusted advisor to his clients in both the private sector and not-for-profit community, he has contributed to the development and facilitation of the firm’s annual accounting and auditing updates, and is a regular presenter at our annual not-for-profit LAB (Legal, Accounting and Banking) Update seminar for clients.

“We are delighted to see these two veterans of our firm make the leap to partner,” explains managing partner Mike Hayward. “Nathan and Jordan both have wide-ranging audit and assurance experience spanning many industries. Their knowledge and insight will ensure our clients continue to enjoy the exceptional service they expect from our team.”
