Biography

Archetype of integrity, Dominique Proulx is one of Baker Tilly SNT's tax lawyers. Having been affiliated with the firm since 2008, she takes great pride in client satisfaction and building long-term professional relationships.

Providing a high standard of legal services to clients in both French and English, Dominique’s work ethic is trustworthy and reliable. Primarily working with small to mid-sized privately owned businesses, she guides clients through reorganizations, estate planning and transactional work with her attention to detail. In her 22 years as a lawyer, she has advised clients in the areas of estate planning, corporate law, tax and real estate, providing sound legal advice to local businesses and individuals in the City of Greater Sudbury, Sturgeon Falls and North Bay.

When she is not busy putting her passion of law to work, Dominique is an avid cook and baker, who passionately enjoys all things related to food, including cooking shows, the art of collecting cookbooks and recipes. Being very family oriented, spending time at home, relaxing with her family, is also one of her favourite ways to spend her weekend.
