With our convenient and secure file transfer service, you can submit your data file and other documents directly to your Baker Tilly advisor. Simply complete the form below and click “Upload” when you are finished.
- Pay your invoice
If you have an unpaid invoice and you’re ready to make a payment to our firm, there are four ways we can accept your payment.
1. Online payments (our preference)
In order to make a payment online through your financial institution, please use “Baker Tilly Ottawa/Gatineau” as the payee's name. The account/customer ID is your client number, which is listed as “Client No.” on your invoice. Please do not use any punctuation or special characters when entering this number. For example, if your client number is 03568.0, it should be entered as 035680. For your convenience, we work with the following institutions: Toronto Dominion Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal, Scotiabank, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and various credit unions.
2. EFT/wire transfers
To obtain our banking details and/or a void cheque, please send an email to ottar@bakertilly.ca.
3. E-Transfer
If you would like to send us an e-Transfer, please send an e-mail to ottar@bakertilly.ca with the corresponding password.
4. Visa/Mastercard
If you would like to use your Visa or Mastercard to pay an invoice, please contact Tonia Caldareri at 613.768.8833 or Barb Fortier at 613.768.8886.As always, we thank you for your business.
