As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team. You will have the opportunity to continue to develop your career, while working with a collaborative and supportive team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

What your days will look like:

  • Effectively and independently plan, execute and oversee the onboarding of new clients and employees with regards to all IT related services
  • Assist internal and external clients with technical administration, troubleshooting, new technology set ups and support
  • Conduct internal and external technical research - search for and analyze other online apps and systems that may improve the workflow for the firm or clients
  • Provide maintenance for hardware, software and network systems such as Desktop and laptop PCs and Microsoft Office 
  • Provide orientation and training to staff (new and existing) about various software applications/ functions/capabilities
  • Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
  • Maintain log of required repairs and maintenance
  • Connect and set up hardware, load software onsite as well as at client locations.
  • Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate; ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal

A successful candidate will have:

What you will bring to the table:

  • A strong knowledge of cloud-based app deck systems
  • A willingness to become the subject matter expert that clients and partners can rely on to onboard various software projects
  • You will possess the drive to become a certified QBO specialist
  • Participate in extensive training on various software programs on an as-needed basis
  • 1+ years of progressive IT help desk or software support
  • You're comfortable making decisions on your own and are confident in your ability to provide sound advice directly to clients
  • You can talk to clients simply and clearly
  • You enjoy learning and trying out new software/technologies
