Collins Barrow Chatham-Kent announces new managing partner
Chatham, ON – With profound respect and gratitude, the staff at Collins Barrow Chatham-Kent announce the retirement of managing partner, Bill Loucks, and welcome his successor, Paul Cudmore, to the position.
As the new firm leader, Cudmore brings to the role more than 15 years of experience specializing in audit, accounting and tax advisory services to owner-managed businesses, as well as to the agricultural and non-profit sectors.

Loucks began his career with Collins Barrow in 1989 at the offices in Ridgetown and Thamesville, and later became the managing partner at Chatham-Kent. Through his guidance and leadership, the modest five-person office prospered into a team of more than 30 dedicated professionals. Loucks’s knowledge, experience and dedication transformed the firm, helping Collins Barrow Chatham-Kent become the area’s leading audit, accounting and tax advisory provider.
