New COO at Baker Tilly KDN

Courtice, ON – As one of the largest locally owned and operated regional accounting firms in Central Ontario, Baker Tilly KDN is pleased to announce Brenda Kelly has become chief operating officer (COO). As part of the leadership team, she will drive strategic initiatives to improve operations, supporting the firm in its mission to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Kelly has been an advocate for continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for advancement across Baker Tilly KDN’s four offices in her previous role as director of process and administration. She possesses a wealth of expertise in spearheading critical business operations, strategic planning endeavours and the ongoing achievement of measurable outcomes.

“Over the past year, Brenda has shown an incredible ability to identify areas for improvement and deliver results. Her promotion to COO was a natural evolution of her contributions and impact,” says managing partner Jeff Taylor. “Brenda’s leadership in the firm will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of our strategic priorities, enabling partners and staff to provide greater value for clients.”
